My name is Alice Jonquères d’Oriola Bancon, founder of Bachelorette.
I was born in France but grew up between Madrid and London, which allowed me to develop an international mindset and become fully fluent in French, Spanish, and English. I currently live in Madrid, a vibrant city that perfectly reflects the spirit of my events: elegant, joyful, and cosmopolitan.
I created Bachelorette with a clear goal: to reinvent the concept of the bachelorette party. I wanted to move away from the conventional to offer experiences that are more sophisticated, stylish, and heartfelt, always tailored to the wishes and personality of each group.
I know from experience how complex organizing an event like this can be: different budgets, tastes, expectations—and that’s before you even think about logistics. That’s why my mission is to take care of everything for you, with care, good taste, and personalized attention. All you have to do is enjoy; I’ll handle the rest.
Thanks to my background in Business Administration at IE University and my previous experience in events and communications, I’ve developed a global, structured, and creative vision. I’m passionate about creating unique, detail‑oriented moments that celebrate genuine friendships and leave unforgettable memories.
A lover of fashion, decor, good taste, and above all horseback riding—my lifelong passion—I draw inspiration from refined, feminine worlds to shape every Bachelorette experience.
